[Remote - Overseas] Backend Engineer for a Silicon Valley AI Startup

Company Overview:
We are Abotify, backed by a16z and other leading VCs worldwide. Our focus is on delivering more efficient traffic monetization solutions for AI applications. We are developing an AI-native advertising system that utilizes contextual information from human-computer interactions to intelligently match ads with users' current needs, achieving higher conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software using Python and Golang
• Write clean, efficient code that ensures system scalability and performance, adhering to best practices
• Debug and resolve technical issues in both online and offline environments to ensure system stability

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and Golang, with solid hands-on experience
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following industry best practices
• Basic English reading and writing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
• Knowledge or interest in advertising technology and large models
• Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD is a plus

One technical challenge + one interview.

Salary
80 - 200 RMB per hour, depending on experience and skill set compatibility.
