转战手捏区:指尖就是最好的塑形工具——拍、揉、压、捏间,平凡的泥块化成了俏皮的猫咪、可爱的章鱼、笔挺的树木、甚至脆香的法棍和可颂~↓↓

到了釉彩环节,工坊瞬间变成了“疯狂实验室”。大家将天马行空的创意画上陶土,不知不觉,一件件充满个性的作品已初具模样!↓↓

经过两周的等待,窑炉终于揭晓了答案。每一件成品都带着手工的温度和偶然的痕迹,使它们成为无法复制的孤品。虽然比不上店售品的规整,但每个小瑕疵都是专属标记。↓↓

The Platform Engineering Squad builds and maintains the technical backbone that powers every user experience. From frontend architecture and CI/CD pipelines to shared component libraries and automated testing frameworks, the squad ensures our systems are fast, reliable, and scalable. We work across squads to enable developer productivity, strengthen our infrastructure, and raise the bar for code quality and performance.
What You’ll Own & Drive
- Design, develop, and optimize shared Frontend foundations: React components, libraries, and frontend infrastructure.
- Partner with DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines, reduce build times, and enhance deployment observability.
- Apply and promote TDD, Clean Code, SOLID, Vitest, and TypeScript best practices across the codebase.
- Raise frontend performance, accessibility, and reliability across key user flows.
- Collaborate with backend & QA on automation (Playwright, Jest) and quality gates.
- Support modernization (React 19 migration, static analysis tools, and code health dashboards.
- Proactively reduce technical debt for sustainable growth.
What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years in modern frontend development using React (Hooks, Context API, modern patterns) and Node.js.
- Background in B2C or high-traffic web applications, especially in platform or infrastructure teams.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Vite/Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines (preferably Git).
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex performance and build issues.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices — Docker, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Sentry).
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and frontend architecture.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Playwright). Strong foundation in data structures, design patterns, and maintainable system design.
- Excellent English communication — clear, structured, async-friendly. Experience working in Scrum teams and contributing to an iterative development process.
Bonus Points
- Experience with frontend platform initiatives (design systems, component libraries, or CI/CD improvements).
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture, monorepos, or large-scale React application structures.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or other end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Experience in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Codex) or static code analysis systems like SonarQube or Qodana.
- Experience with Next.js, TailwindCSS, or Storybook for scalable UI systems.
